What is a Cash Back Bonus?
Each side of a real estate transaction is an opportunity for you to put money back in your pocket. If you buy, there is a cash back reward. Selling, there is also a cash back reward. You may use this program as often as you wish. The sale price, determines the cash back amount.
Who is eligible?
Any employee of an Affinity Partner company. You MUST register PRIOR to beginning your home search or sale or contacting a real estate agent. If you do not register until after you have begun your search or sale, you may not qualify to receive the benefit.

When will I receive my cash back?
Within 30 days of your closing, your realtor will deliver to you an American Express Cash Card for you to spend any way you wish. Disclosure statements are required as part of your transaction.
How will an agent be assigned?
The Rewards Program is managed through the Relocation and Corporate Services Department of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty. The Rewards Program Director will assign the agent that best fits your needs. We select agents who specialize in your area, who have a proven track record of success and exceptional customer’s service history. Only the very best agents in our company will be assigned to work with our Affinity Partners and employees. If you have special needs or requests, please let us know.
If I am unhappy with the agent I am working with, can I request a re-assignment?
Absolutely, you can always call the Program Director who acts as your personal advocate in the transaction. She will keep in touch with you, your agent, and handle any problems that may arise. If for any reason you are unhappy, great effort will be made to make the situation comfortable and productive for you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our greatest priority.

You MUST register BEFORE you begin home buying or selling process.
A Rewards agent specialist will be assigned to work with you throughout the sale process.
Rewards Program Director will be your advocate and available anytime.
If you are unhappy for any reason, a reassignment may be requested.
You may use the program as many times as you wish.
Program Director are always nearby to assist you and your agent to make the sale process as smooth as possible, and oversee your service.
Limitations
1. If you do not register prior to beginning your search, you may not be eligible.
2. Program not available with any other cash back programs, military or 3rd party relocation.
3. Assistance outside of Ohio is available, although some states will not allow a cash back.
4. Sales under 50,000 do not qualify for the cash back reward.
5. Each cash back reward is based on a 3% realtor commission for each transaction side. It’s possible that if the commission adjusts, so will your cash back.
